Yes, on paid Basic. One stand for that shop's unique QR. Pro and Premium do not include the physical stand. Trial does not either.
Each stamp and each scratch waits 24 hours from the last attempt — not a calendar day. The counter QR only adds a stamp. Scratch is played from the shop card. In Rewards → QR you choose whether they can do both in the same 24 hours, or only one play until that window ends.
